Area Manager – Growing Restaurant Group Salary: $105,000–$125,000 + Bonus

A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking a hands-on Area Manager to oversee 3–5 high-volume locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operator who loves developing people, driving financial performance, and maintaining exceptional guest and brand standards.

Area Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
  • Oversee operations, staffing, budgets, P&L performance, labor, and cost controls
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide hands‑on operational support
  • Recruit and develop future leaders
  • Support new restaurant openings and company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and product standards
Area Manager Requirements:
  • At least five years of successful restaurant General Manager experience
  • Multi‑unit leadership experience preferred
  • Strong financial and operational knowledge
  • Hands‑on, people‑focused leadership style
