Job description

At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions — you’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am to 12:10pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you’ll need to be our Relationship Banker:  

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn banking systems and processes.
