Coaches help mentees prepare for recruiting through resume reviews, behavioral and technical interview preparation, and guidance on navigating the banking recruiting process. Ideal candidates have worked at leading investment banks and have experience interviewing or hiring candidates, allowing them to provide practical insight into what top firms look for.
