At Citizens State Bank, we're looking for a dynamic, driven professional to join our growing team as a Business Banking Officer in our La Crosse office. In this role, you will work closely with Business Banking Officers to support and develop relationships with business clients, gaining a deeper understanding of their financial needs and the solutions that best support their goals. You will assist with business development efforts, credit analysis, and loan structuring while building the skills needed to take on greater relationship responsibilities over time. By providing support related to business lending, credit analysis, and treasury management services, you will help businesses grow and thrive. Collaboration is key, and you will work across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience while learning how to identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional bank products and services.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, as well as a required minimum of two (2) years of commercial credit analysis, business lending support, or related experience. Prior experience working directly with business banking, commercial lending, or underwriting teams is strongly preferred.
