Job Description Role Overview:

As the face of our bank in the Twin Cities, you will cultivate meaningful partnerships with community and commercial clients, manage a diverse loan portfolioโ€”including a focus on multiโ€‘family housingโ€”and drive sustainable growth within the markets we serve. Youโ€™ll originate and manage complex loan portfolios, while proactively driving growth in deposits through strategic product crossโ€‘sell, contributing meaningfully to the bankโ€™s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for the bank across Twin Cities neighborhoods.
  • Build and nurture longโ€‘term relationships with commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on multiโ€‘family housing.
  • Originate, underwrite, and manage complex lending proposals and multiโ€‘family portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholdersโ€”credit, risk, operationsโ€”to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Expand market presence through networking, community engagement, and targeted business development.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address credit quality and risk.
Preferred Background:

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and community engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver results in a competitive marketplace.
What Sets Our Opportunity Apart:
  • A meaningful leadership position with genuine latitude to drive strategy and serve as a primary point of contact in local markets.
  • Opportunity to make an impact in underโ€‘served and growing communities in the Twin Cities.
  • A collaborative, communityโ€‘minded culture that values service, integrity, and empowerment.
