Eaglestone is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to support our Midwest territory. We are open to candidates located in Ohio, Minnesota, Wisconsin or Southern Illinois/St. Louis who are skilled in building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and bringing a strategic, adaptable approach to their work. In this role, you will go beyond closing deals-you'll work closely with leadership to support key sales initiatives, develop design proposals, and stay current on market trends. This position plays a direct role in driving Eaglestone's continued growth while offering a balanced and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with engineering, applications, production, sales, and leadership teams to develop solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity
  • Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customer projects
  • Assist with AutoCAD drawings as needed
  • Support additional sales-related activities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical or field sales experience in manufacturing, preferably with conveyor systems, industrial automation, or capital equipment. Sales application engineering experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Automation experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Reliable transportation to travel to customer sites
