Job description

Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid- 3 Days onsite)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description : 

•Own overall relationship management for a strategic enterprise account

•Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.

•Drive account growth through identification of new opportunities and expansion areas

•Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

•Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, renewals, staffing alignment, and governance cadence

•Support pre sales activities, proposals, and solution discussions in collaboration with technical teams

•Ensure strong communication between onsite and offshore teams to deliver consistently high quality outcomes

Required Experience and Qualifications

•8 to 10 years of experience in IT services sales or account management

•Strong experience working in an onsite offshore delivery model

•Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders

•Solid understanding of IT services, digital engineering, and technology delivery models

•Excellent communication, relationship building, and coordination skills

•Ability to operate independently while collaborating with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

•Prior experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients

•Familiarity with manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, supply chain, or engineering applications

•Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments
