As we continue our expansion, we’re looking for a team member to contact and recruit prospective candidates and set up revenue-generating meeting opportunities for our recruiting team. This individual will play an important role in the recruitment and placement of attorneys in various legal markets, nationally. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to connect with sophisticated stakeholders, exhibits outstanding judgment, maturity, confidence, and professionalism, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment within a close-knit team.

Qualifications:
  • Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and outstanding written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with diverse personalities
  • Tenacity and resilience with a will to keep going despite rejections
  • Ability to sell and market jobs to experienced professionals
