RECRUITING MANAGER - LEAD A TEAM THAT DELIVERS GREAT CARE

We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused Recruiting Manager to oversee caregiver recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
This is more than an administrative role. As a Recruiting Manager, your leadership directly impacts caregivers, clients, families, and the quality of care we deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build & Lead the Care Team
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers
  • Set clear performance expectations
  • Build a strong team culture
  • Maintain high service standards

Recruit & Support Caregivers
  • Lead caregiver recruiting efforts
  • Provide daily guidance and mentorship
  • Reinforce accountability and professionalism
  • Make sure caregivers feel supported and valued

Own Staffing & Scheduling
  • Manage caregiver schedules and coverage
  • Solve last-minute call-offs
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and care needs

Support Clients & Families
  • Help ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Communicate proactively and professionally
  • Resolve concerns quickly and maintain trust

Lead From the Front
When needed, step in to provide ADL assistance or companionship to help ensure uninterrupted care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Healthcare or senior care experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
  • Able to pass background and registry checks
