The Recruiter Manager will lead a dynamic recruitment team of over 10 members, overseeing talent acquisition across entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level roles. This role requires strategic oversight of the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while effectively managing recruitment budgets and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The position utilizes ATS, CRM, and assessment technologies to optimize recruitment outcomes and ensure efficient team operations, with no travel required.
