Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, manage payroll, administrative and compliance duties, vendors and records while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, has an analytical mind, a functional understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager or Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the business

Manage spending records and job records

Complete HR duties including payroll, insurance reporting, and compliance records

Manage email accounts and correspondence with vendors, contractors, and agents

Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements including licenses and certifications

Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts

Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred

Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar management field is preferred

Deep understanding of organizational operations

Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principle
