Job description

As Receptionist, you'll manage the front desk, greet guests with a smile, and provide support to both residents and staff. You'll help with phone calls, scheduling, and light administrative tasks, all while creating a welcoming and organized environment
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call
• Take and deliver messages
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Receptionist Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 2 years clerical experience preferred
• Computer and software skills
• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have great organizational skills
• Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
