HR Receptionist & Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)

Company Overview Grand America is one of several properties within Grand America Hotels & Resorts. Grand America Hotels & Resorts is a collection of destinations across the American West – built with intention, shaped by the land, and preserved by the people who keep the spirit of our mission alive. At Grand America, excellence is at the center of everything we do, from carefully sliced sandwiches at Afternoon Tea to the coordinated bloom of tulips in our garden grounds each spring. Consistently recognized and awarded for hospitality, fine dining, and luxury experiences, our commitment to excellence is a commitment to perfect place settings at every table in the Grand Ballroom, pristine French pastries baked in-house each morning, and a warm welcome every time you return through our iconic golden doors.

This role brings the same warmth, attentiveness, and care for detail that define our guest experience to every interaction within our own team. Balancing a welcoming presence at the front desk with the day-to-day administrative needs of the HR department, this position plays a quiet but essential role in keeping our people operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes pride in making others feel at ease, handles responsibilities with discretion and follow-through, and understands that excellence is always in the details.
