The Work
As the Pricing, Purchase Order, and Rebates Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of pricing strategies, purchase order processing, and rebate administration. You will develop and implement pricing models, ensure timely and accurate purchase order execution, and manage rebate programs to maximize profitability and compliance. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration to align pricing and rebate initiatives with broader business goals while monitoring market trends to continuously refine strategic direction.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to optimize workflows, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Familiarity with SAP Acquisitions, ERP systems, contract management tools, and data analytics platforms will enable you to streamline procurement and pricing operations. Experience negotiating with vendors, managing complex rebate structures, and improving purchase order cycles will further support efficiency and measurable business outcomes. Exposure to automation, compliance monitoring, and project management will enhance your ability to lead improvements across the pricing and procurement landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pricing strategies, purchase order processing, and rebate programs to optimize profitability and efficiency
  • Utilize SAP Acquisitions to streamline procurement processes and ensure accurate data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing models and rebate structures
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing and rebate strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing, purchasing, and rebate activities
  • Generate regular reports on pricing performance, purchase order status, and rebate effectiveness for management review
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP Acquisitions and related workflows
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing, purchase orders, and rebates

  • 7+ years of SAP experience
  • SAP Purchase Pricing experience
  • SAP Procurement and Vistex or comparable procurement, trade promotions & rebate experience
  • Experience managing pricing models and purchase order cycles
  • Familiarity with SAP Acquisitions pricing tools

Nice to Have
  • Experience with vendor negotiation and contract management
  • Background in process automation, workflow optimization, or compliance monitoring
  • Knowledge of enterprise data analytics platforms or reporting tools

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
