Job description

Appointment Setter / Admin

Location: South Bay, Los Angeles County

About the Role

United One Escrow is seeking a highly motivated, confident, and organized Appointment Setter and Administrative Support professional to work directly with the owner to help grow the companyโ€™s business.

This is not a passive desk position. You will play a key role in setting qualified appointments for the owner with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and industry professionals to expand escrow partnerships and increase market share.

If you are comfortable on the phone, persistent with follow up, and enjoy helping drive business growth, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound appointment setting calls to real estate agents, brokerages, and industry partners
Following up consistently with warm leads and database contacts
Scheduling in person and virtual meetings for the owner
Managing CRM updates and tracking call activity
Assisting with email campaigns and follow up communication
Light administrative support including preparing marketing packets and appointment confirmations
Researching local brokerages and agents to build targeted prospect lists

Qualifications

Prior real estate, escrow, title, or mortgage industry experience required
Strong telephone communication and confidence speaking with agents and brokers
Ability to handle objections and articulate value clearly
Organized, detail oriented, and strong follow up skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Self starter with a growth mindset

Compensation

Base pay plus performance bonus tied to appointments set and business generated.
