Part-Time/Full-Time | $16.90-$25.00 per Hour | Paid Training Included
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is seeking an Appointment Generator (Costco Locations) to support our in-store kiosk program. This role exists to create a courteous, efficient first point of contact with Costco members, share a brief overview of our home service solutions, and schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our team. If you enjoy steady interaction, clear expectations, and representing a professional organization, this position offers structured work with direct customer engagement. Flexible schedule.
Primary responsibilities:
    • Approach and welcome Costco members in a polite, professional manner

    • Provide a clear, high-level explanation of services, ask simple qualifying questions, and listen carefully to member needs

    • Schedule consultation appointments and document lead details accurately and consistently

    • Maintain a neat, organized kiosk area that is ready for ongoing foot traffic

You'll pace yourself through busy surges, stay approachable, and keep your phone handy to enter information as you go. You'll also manage your time independently, staying organized and consistent from the first interaction to the end of the day.
