CrossCheck, a 43+ year Fintech services company, is seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Appointment Generator to join our Southlake, Texas office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with business owners, building relationships, and helping generate new opportunities for our sales team.

As an Inside Appointment Generator, you will contact merchants nationwide, educate them on the value of CrossCheck's guaranteed payment solutions, and schedule appointments between prospective clients and our sales representatives.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls and schedule appointments for sales presentations
  • Contact business owners and decision-makers by phone
  • Introduce and educate prospective clients about CrossCheck's services
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, follow-ups, and appointments set
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and Sales Representatives
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet activity and appointment goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members

Qualifications

Required
