Job description

Weekly Pay  |  Earn up to $1,350 per week  |  Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Urgently hiring. Start ASAP with paid training.

This is your entry point into high ticket sales

You have probably seen high ticket sales taking off everywhere right now. Big commissions, real closing skills, a career you actually control. This is where it starts for real. Not from a laptop, but in the field, face to face with customers, learning the exact skills that turn into a closing career.

At Southern National Roofing the path is simple. You start by setting high ticket appointments, you master the front end of the sale, and you earn your way into closing. A lot of our top closers and leaders sat in this exact seat first. We promote on performance, not on how long you have been here. If you execute, you move up fast.

This is a full-time W-2 role where what you earn and how fast you advance is in your hands.

Why this beats your last job

Most of our team came from retail, warehouse, restaurant server, bartender, receptionist, customer service, or administrative work. They were good with people and done with a ceiling on their pay and their future. This role gave them a trajectory.

You will not be sitting still. This is a face-to-face, field-based position. You are out in assigned neighborhoods, walking up to homes, talking directly with homeowners, and booking free roof inspections. If you like staying active, being around people, and getting rewarded for how hard you work, this is built for you.

The company behind it

We are a $20M+ residential roofing company:

Ranked #93 on the Roofing Contractor Top 100

#116 on the Top 500 Remodelers

     #379 on the Inc. 5000

     A+ BBB Accredited

Top 2% Master Elite Roofer nationwide

Where you work should mean something. This does.

What you'll do

Market in assigned neighborhoods, face to face

Speak directly with homeowners at their homes

Explain our free roof inspection service

     Set qualified appointments for inspections

     Stay active and work outdoors

You are not cold calling from a cubicle. You are creating real, qualified opportunities in person. That is the skill that builds closers.

What you'll earn

     W-2 full-time position

Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses

Weekly pay, with top performers earning up to $1,350 per week

     First-year team members earn $40,000 to $70,000+

Earnings scale with your performance and consistency

Schedule

     Full-time, on-site role

Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm

You will work 40 hours within those operating hours

     No overnight travel

Team transportation provided from the office

Requirements

  • Comfortable talking to people face to face
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to win
  • Professional appearance

  • Able to work 40 hours within operating hours, Monday to Saturday

  • Average first-year income range: $40,000 - $70,000+ (Hourly Pay + Commission + Bonuses)
  • Recognition and rewards for high performance
