We are looking for a Process Architect with strong expertise in Quote Management, Quote Amendments, Change Management, and Process Automation. The role focuses on identifying pain points in the quote lifecycle, driving process transformation, improving operational efficiency, and recommending best practices for scalable quote operations.
The candidate should have experience in analyzing complex business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing automation and governance frameworks to improve quote accuracy, turnaround time, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Management & Quote Amendment
  • Analyze end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Quote Amendment processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps in quote revisions and approvals.
  • Design scalable quote amendment workflows for:
    • Pricing updates
    • Product/service modifications
    • Contract changes
    • Renewals and extensions
    • Discount approvals
  • Standardize quote governance and approval mechanisms.
  • Improve quote accuracy, turnaround time, and SLA adherence.
Process Architecture & Optimization
  • Map current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Conduct process assessments and root cause analysis.
  • Develop optimized operating models for quote operations.
  • Create process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Pain Point Analysis & Solutioning
  • Gather business pain points from stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Delivery teams.
  • Analyze recurring operational issues such as:
