We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Purchasing & Inventory Specialist who takes pride in meticulous organization, understands the details of AV equipment, and wants to work with a team that actually cares about quality.
This is a key operational role. We're looking for someone who can manage inventory accurately, make smart purchasing decisions, and ensure our field teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be trusted to oversee our comprehensive purchasing and inventory operations, including:
• Sourcing and purchasing AV and low-voltage equipment, parts, and materials
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular warehouse audits
• Tracking company assets from the warehouse to the job site to prevent loss
• Providing coordination for AP/AR to ensure our finance team has the right information
• Reconciling purchase orders to support the finance department
• Collaborating with project managers and technicians to align purchasing with project schedules
• Analyzing inventory data and purchasing trends to identify cost savings
You won't be just pushing paper. Your meticulous organization ensures our integration projects run seamlessly from start to finish.
