Compensation: $65,000-$85,000/year + Bonus Plan
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Lead all inventory and warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple product categories
  • Forecast inventory needs based on business demand
  • Manage purchasing and replenishment activities
  • Develop inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and improve accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Analyze inventory trends and KPIs to improve efficiency
  • Ensure technicians have the parts and materials needed to serve customers
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Operations, Service Managers, and Purchasing to support business growth

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or purchasing experience
  • Leadership experience managing warehouse or inventory teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using inventory management systems
  • Advanced organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, construction, distribution, or home services
  • ERP or inventory software experience
  • Continuous improvement or Lean experience
