Notre client, Gold Fields , est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des rapports - Soutien au contrôle de projet pour contribuer à la réalisation du projet Windfall, l'un des projets miniers les plus ambitieux au Québec. Basé au bureau de Montréal, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination, la consolidation et l'assurance qualité des rapports de projet en collaboration avec les équipes multidisciplinaires et les partenaires du projet.Relevant du directeur adjoint du contrôle de projet, vous serez responsable de la gestion du processus de production des rapports de projet afin d'assurer la qualité, la cohérence et le respect des échéanciers. Vos principales responsabilités Coordonner la production des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels du projet. Maintenir le calendrier des rapports et assurer le respect des dates de remise. Organiser et animer les réunions de révision des rapports. Consolider les données provenant des différentes équipes et des systèmes de gestion. Vérifier la qualité, la cohérence et l'intégrité des informations publiées. Produire des tableaux de bord et des rapports destinés à la direction. Assurer la traçabilité documentaire dans Aconex. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de production des rapports. Collaborer avec les équipes de contrôle de projet, d'ingénierie, de construction, d'approvisionnement, de santé-sécurité et de gestion des risques. Veiller au respect des politiques de santé, sécurité et environnement de Gold Fields. Baccalauréat en ingénierie, gestion de projet, administration ou domaine connexe (DEC pertinent combiné à une solide expérience également considéré). Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de projet, PMO, services de projet ou coordination de rapports. Expérience sur de grands projets EPC/EPCM, miniers, énergétiques ou d'infrastructures. Bonne connaissance des principes de contrôle de projet (coûts, échéanciers, risques, gestion du changement). Expérience avec Primavera P6, SAP, Contruent, Aconex ou outils similaires. Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint; Power BI constitue un atout. Excellent sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail. Capacité à gérer plusieurs intervenants et des échéanciers serrés.
