What You Can Expect

Procurement & Order Management

  • Issue and monitor purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines and order accuracy are met.
  • Communicate proactively with suppliers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or supply issues.

Inventory Management

  • Lead and coordinate weekly and annual inventory counts.
  • Analyze inventory variances and support corrective actions to improve stock accuracy.
  • Communicate Monthly inventory adjustments to Accounting
  • Perform the assemblies in ACCPAC of the finished products.
  • Review & communicate the monthly Goods in Transit.\

Invoice Review and Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Internal Stakeholders and Suppliers to review, investigate, and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies.

Supplier Onboarding & Qualification

  • Assist in the creation of new suppliers.

Quality Documentation Management

  • Collect, maintain, and update required quality documentation (NDA, etc.).

Supplier Performance & KPI Tracking

  • Establish, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance and delivery reliability.

Monthly Supplier Statistics

  • Gather monthly supplier statistics and forward them to the Quality department.

  • 3 year's experience in Procurement.
  • Advance computer skills and very Knowledgeable of Excel.
  • Comfortable in French and English written and spoken.
  • Driving the procurement process by implementing and managing projects to a successful conclusion.
  • The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers & colleagues.

Verification des factures et resolution des ecarts
  • Collaborer avec les comptes fournisseurs, les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs afin d'examiner, d'analyser et de resoudre les ecarts de facturation.

Integration et qualification des fournisseurs
  • Participer a la creation et a l'integration de nouveaux fournisseurs.

Gestion de la documentation qualite
  • Recueillir, maintenir et mettre a jour la documentation qualite requise (NDA, etc.).

Suivi de la performance des fournisseurs et des indicateurs cles (KPI)
  • Etablir, maintenir et communiquer les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer la performance des fournisseurs et la fiabilite des livraisons.

Statistiques mensuelles des fournisseurs
  • Recueillir les statistiques mensuelles des fournisseurs et les transmettre au service Qualite.
