Associate Customer Service Coordinator - $20.00 Per Hour

The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of MS office. We are looking for someone who will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email or live chat
  • Place orders and keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Resolve customer issues by taking ownership and following through to a satisfactory resolution
  • Work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
