To thrive as a Psychologist Secretary, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with administrative support, often supported by a high school diploma or associate degree. Familiarity with scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and office management tools is typically required. Excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with empathy make a candidate stand out.
