Job description

Position: Long Term Substitute Athletic Secretary
Location: Coatesville Area Senior High School
Schedule: Full Time -Temporary (assignment until end 26-27 SY)
Salary: $20.00 Per Hour

What You'll Do
  • Perform day to day secretarial duties related to the CASD Athletics and Activities Office.
  • Prepare and confirm weekly athletic schedule, schedule transportation, recruit game workers and assign games.
  • Prepare eligibility reports (7-12), prepare vouchers for game officials, maintain records of coach and volunteer certifications.
  • Maintain athletic webpage, validate worker timesheets, filing.
  • Candidate will also enter work orders as needed and assist with maintaining practice, game and facilities schedules.
  • Candidate will also perform other duties as assigned.
  • Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Candidate must have strong multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organized, a team player and a confidential problem solver. Must work collaboratively with office staff and administrators.
  • A calm, patient, and encouraging approach when working with students.
  • A desire to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and students.
