Job Title: School Psychologist Secretary
Primary Role
The School Psychologist Secretary provides clerical and administrative support to ensure timely and compliant evaluation processes for students. This role gathers referral information, monitors permissions, and tracks evaluation deadlines to support school psychologists. The Secretary prepares and proofs reports, coordinates case conferences, and manages data entry for rating scales. By maintaining accuracy, organization, and confidentiality, the School Psychologist Secretary helps ensure evaluations and case conferences are completed smoothly and within compliance requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Gather referral information and maintain accurate documentation for evaluations.
- Monitor parent permission forms for evaluations and ensure required signatures are on file.
- Track and log evaluation timelines to ensure compliance with required deadlines.
- Prepare psychological reports for case conferences at least five days in advance.
- Proofread reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
- Enter data for rating scales and maintain organized evaluation records.

- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in an office setting preferred
