Compensation: $23-$26 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities: What You Will Do

Provide account management and customer service support for high-profile and key customer accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize capacity utilization, balance freight demand across assigned territories, and maintain exceptional service levels. Develop and strengthen internal and external partnerships that create both immediate and long-term value for customers while ensuring efficient freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and grow business with assigned customers by leveraging available daily transportation capacity.
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer expansion.
  • Oversee the balance of freight and capacity within designated territories while meeting or exceeding service expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of customer contracts, service commitments, and operational requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly service performance reports for customers.
  • Participate in customer service reviews and conference calls, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to support service excellence.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2+ years' experience in Customer Service or Sales required.
  • Previous experience in transportation preferred.
  • Must be able to set priorities and adjusting to a fast-pace environment.
