Job description


The Proposal Analyst supports the development, analysis, and submission of customer proposals in support of new business, contract changes, and spare requirements. This position coordinates proposal inputs across Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other functional organizations to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant proposal submissions.
The Proposal Analyst analyzes historical pricing, supplier quotations, material costs, labor, escalation, quantities, and other cost elements to develop reasonable and supportable proposal estimates. The position also assists with proposal data collection, cost analysis, pricing models, and management reviews while maintaining appropriate documentation and auditability.
Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Supply Chain Proposals
  • Procurement Process Knowledge / Experience
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Experience with ERP
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage resources in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with tight schedules
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
