Familiarity with property management software, Microsoft Office suite, and possibly certifications like Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is beneficial. Storage King USA | Full-Time | Hourly

Storage King USA is hiring an Assistant Property Manager at our Santa Rosa, CA location, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. If you've built your skills in customer service, retail, restaurants, sales, marketing, or property management - and you light up when you can solve a problem for a customer - we'd love to meet you.

This is a role where no two days look the same. You'll be the face of our store: welcoming new tenants, helping them find the right storage solution, building relationships in the community, and keeping our property looking sharp. You'll join a fast-growing team with a supportive culture, real career paths, and the kind of variety that keeps the workday interesting.

Schedule: Weekday flexibility with some weekend shifts required.

What You'll Do

Customer experience and sales

  • Turn phone calls and walk-ins into happy, long-term tenants by guiding them through the rental process
  • Rent storage units and parking spaces, and sell moving and packing supplies
  • Deliver the kind of service that makes customers tell their friends about us

Community and outreach

  • Build partnerships with local businesses and create cross-promotion opportunities
  • Drive new business through our referral program and local marketing outreach
  • Represent the Storage King USA brand in everything you do

Property care

  • Walk the property daily to check locks, tidy units, sweep, and keep things presentation-ready
  • Restock supplies and handle light maintenance to keep the site in top shape

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Treat every tenant like they're your most important customer
  • Take ownership - of your goals, your property, and your relationships with your team and community
  • Communicate clearly and stay organized, even when juggling several things at once
  • Are comfortable with basic computer work, including Microsoft Word and Excel

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay plus bonus opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance at an affordable rate
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid holidays and paid time off
  • Nationwide perks and discount program
  • Real career growth - many of our managers started exactly where you are
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • An inclusive, supportive team culture
