Compensation range: $75,000 - $85,000

Position Summary

Position Overview:ย ย 

Thisย position is accountable for developing the scope and schedule forย internal move projects, customer satisfaction, move communication, as well as transparency and reconciliation of costs associated with all move-related activities.ย 

Essential Functions-ย To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.ย ย Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ย ย 

  • ย Ensure all MAC activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes andย in accordance withย Splice /ย client'sย policies and procedures.ย 
  • Ensureย moveย manual is in place and updated (on account).ย 
  • Provide a single point of contact for all MAC project activities forย client, regularly updateย clientย with updates to scope, schedule, andย budgetย as necessary.ย 
  • Facilitate and document project meetings with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and understood by all concerned.ย 
  • Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client, Occupancyย Planningย and other key stakeholders.ย 
  • Develop and implement relocation projectย planย andย budgetย through collaboration with the facility manager, projectย managerย and construction manager.ย 
  • Manage supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.).ย 
  • Develop and deliver required project specific reporting, and surveys.ย 
  • Coordinate schedule,ย budgetย and scope as necessary with various service providers (IT, VTS, Construction and Furniture Installation contractor, etc.).ย 
  • Determineย the pricing for any non-baseline work requested (i.e.ย construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations,ย peopleย relocations that exceed baseline parameters, etc.).ย 
  • Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site, available to answer questions, organize move orientations, and resolve post-move issues.ย 
  • Estimate proposal pricing as it relates toย manย hour assignments per specific project sub-task or price whole project depending on size.ย 
  • Participate in presentation interviews, convey keyย pointsย and answer potential client questions.ย 

Knowledge,ย Skillsย and Abilitiesย ย 

  • Associates or bachelor'sย degree strongly preferredย 
  • 2-4 years of facilityย move,ย corporate moveย or related experienceย 
  • Strong organizational and presentation skillsย 
  • Excellent written and verbal skillsย
