Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader to internal teams, guiding projects across the full lifecycle-from planning and design through construction and closeout.

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination across Premier's integrated service lines while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that elevate the client and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, building trusted relationships and delivering confident, transparent project experience
  • Drive project execution across all phases, ensuring alignment with Premier's Design to Completion approach
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, proposals, and additional service agreements
  • Deliver projects on scope, on budget, and on schedule, maintaining Premier's reputation for operational excellence
  • Collaborate across architecture, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure integrated delivery
  • Guide planning, design development, and project strategy for complex developments and renovations
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Lead coordination of design documentation across disciplines to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze project performance and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
  • Apply innovative problem-solving and value-engineering strategies to optimize outcomes
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering engagement and knowledge sharing
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client partnerships
