Project Coordinator
PRG is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Kansas City, MO team. This role involves administrative office responsibilities, ensuring the execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects. This position will require you to work in office Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
  • Coordinating and scheduling with cross-functional groups.
  • Other related duties upon request.

Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to read coax construction maps.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
  • Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
  • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.

Work Environment
The role will require walking, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks in an office environment.
