Socket is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to coordinate the delivery and execution of timely and successful installation of services. This role will work heavily with customers, the sales team, and network operations to ensure that the customer's expectations towards the actualization of services are met.


This is an in-office position.


What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set customers' expectations and establish timelines in regard to milestones and installation of services
  • Provides firm order commitments on each order for customers to manage interval progress
  • Implementation of the appropriate provisioning plans
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Manages escalations against vendors when dates are in jeopardy
  • Tracks orders and provide status to staff and outside vendors/carriers
  • Manages data integrity with regards to vendor information
  • Regular reliable attendance

To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:

  • Strong managerial, leadership, and technical skills
  • Experience in order management
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
