About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to be located in our Chesterfield, MO office to support our project team in implementing multi-year, multi-billion dollar high-profile projects. In this role, you will directly report to the Project Executive and provide support to the entire project team to help ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. This position is based full-time in the office and requires regular in-person collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you will do ...

  • Complete tasks assigned by the Project Executive and technical leads in an efficient, timely, and diligent manner
  • Prepare project correspondence including letters, emails, and meeting minutes
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Process, properly code, track, and submit invoices to accounting for payment
  • Coordinate legal support, review, and prepare contracts and documentation
  • Assist with project schedules and reports
  • Support real estate transactions
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering the project-specific phone number, monitoring project voicemail and email and directing inquires to the appropriate project team member, scheduling and arranging meetings, maintaining the project contact database, etc.
  • Assist in public outreach activities, including public meetings
  • This position has the opportunities for travel and promotion depending on capabilities and project needs
Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in a similar position

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
