Job Description Summary:


Coordinates analytical, operational, and project management activities across the Regional Development department, supporting the regional hospital affiliate network, physician practice acquisition, physician liaisons, and global patient services.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Collaborates with cross functional teams to support project management activities and ensure projects remain on timeline and meet strategic objectives.
  • Communicates project updates, requirements, and post meeting debriefs to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and accountability.
  • Collects, organizes, and tracks required documentation, maintaining detailed notes and documentation to support leadership decision making.
  • Partners with leadership and business owners to lead and facilitate program development.
  • Collaborates to develop and maintain dashboards for key markets and Regional Development scorecards, reporting key findings and trends to leadership.
  • Analyzes incoming market, partner, and strategic intelligence to identify risks and opportunities, translating complex information into actionable steps and follow up plans.
  • Supports onsite delegation visits including visit logistics and stakeholder engagement. Assists in day of meeting execution, ensuring seamless scheduling, agenda adherence, and high-quality visitor experience.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.

Experience:

One year of program or project support, required.
