Accenture Federal Services is searching for a Project Coordinator to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
  • Research, gather and synthesize information.
  • Managing executive calendar. 
  • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of acquisition and contract projects.
  • Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinating communication between project stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Facilitating development of project documentation.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Government Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for government officials and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with government policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in project coordination of federal programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
