Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities is looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our restoration and reconstruction projects. This is more than an office jobit's a critical role that supports our Project Managers, coordinates subcontractors, communicates with customers and insurance companies, and helps restore peace of mind to families and businesses.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate schedules for Project Managers, crews, and subcontractors
  • Schedule materials, deliveries, inspections, and job timelines
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance companies
  • Assist Project Managers with daily operations and project organization
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate job documentation
  • Coordinate collections and customer follow-up
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prioritize multiple projects while keeping every detail organized
