Job description

Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our Guaynabo, PR team.

Under supervision, develops professional proficiency in the delivery of project management services, and as a secondary focus, in supporting internal business operations including business development, financial management, and staff development.

Your role
  • Provides secondary daily point of contact to client, contractors, and consultants at project level. - Supports the manager in creating and administering project execution plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Supports the manager on day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope including project monitoring and controls during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensures that all project-related documents are appropriately filed, record logs kept up to date and are made accessible to project teams.
  • Collects and analyzes key project data on a weekly basis and coordinates with the manager on associated required reporting.
  • Assists the manager with regular reporting on project status. - Attends project meetings, produces, and circulates agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Assists the manager in tracking and updating the project budget. - Supports the manager in monitoring and addressing project billing issues and anomalies, both internal and external.
  • Reviews invoices received from project consultants before passing to manager.
  • Follows up with project consultants, when necessary, regarding questions or clarifications to their invoice.
  • Assures appropriate filing of completed and signed project legal documents.
  • Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Must be articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities. Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have a general understanding in the areas of Project Management, Building Design & Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis.
  • Must generally understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $60,000 - $68,000 annually depending on skills and experience.
