Drive Digital Transformation in Aviation

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Project Management / Scrum Master professional to support a cutting-edge Digital Technology initiative. In this role, you will lead Agile teams delivering innovative solutions that connect people, systems, and technologiesโ€”powering smarter, more efficient, and more connected aircraft systems. Your leadership will directly shape the future of aerospace digital platforms, from AI to IoT.


What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Project Manager and Agile leader, you will guide high-impact digital programs from concept to delivery:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive alignment and continuous improvement
  • Manage and optimize JIRA tools and advanced plugins (Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, Big Picture)
  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets aligned to business and customer goals
  • Communicate project vision, status, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, and operations
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and conflict resolution within teams
  • Apply project management best practices in financials, scheduling, risk management, and root cause analysis
  • Escalate issues with actionable solutions and support executive decision-making
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously through strong organization and prioritization
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives in digital technology environments

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 5+ years of project management experience (or 10+ years without a degree)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA or similar platforms)
  • Experience managing infrastructure, security, and software development projects
  • Strong experience building and managing project schedules (MS Project)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in cybersecurity, application development, or IT infrastructure projects
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • PMP certification
