Minimum qualifications:

You will scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment among senior stakeholders while delivering significant downstream change management.

Responsibilities
  • Define, lead, and own program charters that address scope, timeline, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and risks for moderately complex programs.
  • Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including delivering downstream change management.
  • Own and evolve the event intake and kick-off process, triaging requests and defining DRIs for global deployment planning.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with creative agencies and hardware partners to execute premium designs and deliver on complex on-site logistics.
  • Oversee technical readiness for high-stakes demos, including troubleshooting demo controls and managing hardware calibration quality.
