A core function is establishing and enforcing robust data governance frameworks. This means ensuring data is accurate, consistent, timely, and reliable across disparate systems and teams. By leveraging data, this role identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within ESC operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
  • Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
