Job description

A Day in Life:

The Learning Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation, and measurement of training programs on a global scale. This role establishes and executes both strategic and tactical initiatives related to company-wide training programs. The Learning Project Manager is also responsible for conducting analyses and post-training assessments to evaluate training delivery and curriculum effectiveness, linking results to key performance indicators and business processes to enhance and sustain performance expectations.

This role drives the effectiveness of global training programs and directly supports key business initiatives by accelerating new hire performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing employee engagement, and building critical skills across the organization.

The role will be Hybrid based in Atlanta, GA. The salary range for this position is starting at $75,000, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, manage, and ensure the effective delivery of training programs for both new hires and existing employees. 

  • Design and deliver strategic learning programs aligned with business priorities to build workforce capabilities and close critical skill gaps across the organization. 

  • Create board readiness programs, executive education opportunities, stretch assignments, and cross-functional experiences that broaden enterprise perspectives and prepare leaders for future executive and governance roles. 

  • Partner with senior leaders to assess development needs and design personalized learning strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enterprise impact, and career growth. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to support revenue growth and meet evolving business needs. 

  • Conduct and lead comprehensive gap and needs analyses to identify learning objectives and develop post-training assessment initiatives. 

  • Plan and conduct detailed performance reviews and compliance-to-plan assessments. 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, priorities, and development opportunities. 

  • Lead special projects related to new business initiatives that require specialized training support and attention. 

  • Ensure consistency in training design, delivery, and execution; proactively provide feedback, recommendations, and best practices to improve results. 

  • Develop, analyze, and report business metrics and performance data as required. 

  • Measure, validate, and report the return on investment (ROI) for training programs and projects. 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all assigned programs, processes, and business initiatives. 

  • Ensure project plans remain current and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to leadership in a timely manner. 

  • Create, edit, and maintain training content using the Articulate Storyline authoring tool.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Learning & Development preferred. 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the car rental, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred. 

  • CPTD, ATD, and/or Executive Coaching certification preferred. 

  • Strong executive presence, communication, project management, and presentation skills. 

  • Strong analytical and assessment skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). 

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
