Job Summary
The Marketing Project Management SkillBridge Externship is designed for transitioning service members seeking hands-on experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional project management. This program provides exposure to how integrated marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
Extern will work closely with the marketing, creative, commercial and analytics teams to support paid media initiatives while developing core project management and marketing coordination skills.
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns across paid media channels, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met

Marketing Project Management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate asset development, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet platform and brand requirements

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Support the collection and organization of campaign performance data; help identify trends and contribute to post-campaign recaps

Budget & Timeline Management
  • Assist with tracking campaign pacing, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects

Market & Competitive Research
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform campaign strategy

Agency & Vendor Coordination
  • Support communication and coordination with external partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently

Branding Events Support
  • Support brand events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, coordinating logistics, and capturing content to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Education and Skill Requirements
  • Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program

  • Strong interest in marketing, project management, or advertising

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
