Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a hands on Engineering Manager, Intelligent Automation to join their team. As an Engineering Manager (Automation Anywhere / UiPath) you will be part of the Enterprise Technology organization supporting automation engineering, architecture, and AI innovation teams.

Job Title:  Engineering Manager – Intelligent Automation
Location:  Remote (U.S.) EST hours
Type:  Direct Hire / Permanent What’s the Job?
  • Lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives using Automation Anywhere or UiPath, from strategy through implementation.
  • Serve as a hands-on technical leader, managing a team of developers and architects while providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Design scalable RPA and AI-enabled automation solutions, including document processing, generative AI, and intelligent workflows.
  • Establish and enhance automation governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and platform standards across the enterprise.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and AI teams to deliver innovative automation solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
What’s Needed?
  • Hands-on technical management experience leading enterprise automation teams and large-scale RPA initiatives.
  • Expertise with Automation Anywhere or UiPath, including architecture, bot development, orchestration, and platform administration.
  • Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional (or equivalent) or UiPath Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solution Architect certification.
  • Experience integrating AI technologies, including document processing, NLP, generative AI, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Strong background with APIs, enterprise integrations, Python and/or .NET, Agile delivery, and automation governance.
