Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & Intelligent Automation Consultant to support our Finance organization in accelerating process automation, reporting modernization, and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Microsoft Power Platform technologies and help deliver immediate business solutions while also shaping a longer-term roadmap that incorporates emerging AI, intelligent automation, and modern data platform capabilities.

This role requires both hands-on development experience and strategic thinking to help evolve the Finance technology landscape beyond traditional workflow and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development
  • Design, develop, and support solutions using:
    • Power BI
    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate
  • Build scalable reporting, dashboards, workflows, and business applications that improve Finance operations and decision-making.
  • Develop integrations between Power Platform, enterprise applications, and data sources.
Data & Analytics
  • Leverage Snowflake and related data platforms to build reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Design efficient data models and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve data accessibility, governance, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Intelligent Automation & AI
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities across Finance processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging Microsoft and third-party automation technologies.
  • Support proof-of-concepts and implementation of AI-powered productivity solutions.
Strategic Transformation
  • Partner with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define future-state automation and reporting capabilities.
  • Assess current processes and recommend modernization opportunities that reduce manual effort and long-term dependency on legacy tools.
  • Develop roadmaps for scalable, sustainable automation solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems and databases.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Azure AI, OpenAI, or related AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of intelligent document processing, robotic process automation (RPA), and process mining tools.
  • Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, or related business functions.
  • Familiarity with cloud data engineering and modern analytics architectures.
  • Experience developing strategic technology roadmaps and transformation recommendations.
