Summary

In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support business outcomes across the organization. Working closely with senior team members, business stakeholders, and technology partners, you will help identify automation opportunities, learn modern automation technologies, and contribute to scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and related technologies.
  • Support the automation of manual and repetitive business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workflows, integrations, and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and support business decision-making.
  • Assist with integrating automation platforms, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, user guides, and support materials.
  • Participate in project meetings, communicate project status, and complete assigned deliverables on schedule.
  • Adhere to established automation governance, security, development, and quality standards.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of intelligent automation, artificial intelligence, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development, intelligent automation, business systems analysis, reporting, or a related technical discipline.
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or similar automation technologies.
  • Basic understanding of business process improvement and automation principles.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, or business intelligence concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Internship, academic, or hands-on project experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, or similar automation technologies.
  • Exposure to APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

    Estimated Hiring Range:

    At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.

    This position is also incentive eligible.
