We're looking for a Senior Azure PaaS & AI Solutions Engineer to join our Azure & Power Platform Solutions team-a group focused on building smart, scalable automation and workflow solutions that help the business move faster and work smarter.
In this role, you'll serve as a technical expert and trusted partner to the business, supporting the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of workflow automation, data solutions, and system integrations. The work spans both product-based initiatives and project-based delivery, offering a mix of structure and creative problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and support enterprise Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions across Azure, leveraging cloud-native services to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient business applications
  • Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for Azure services including Azure OpenAI, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, and related platform technologies
  • Architect and implement enterprise AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Service, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, agentic workflows, prompt orchestration, and intelligent automation capabilities
  • Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI services into enterprise applications, business workflows, and operational platforms while ensuring security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
  • Design and develop AI connectivity patterns between Azure OpenAI, enterprise data platforms, APIs, databases, file repositories, document management systems, and third-party SaaS applications
  • Build and maintain secure AI-enabled architectures that leverage Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Copilot technologies, vector databases, knowledge stores, and enterprise data sources
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, security teams, and developers to identify opportunities where AI and automation can drive measurable business value and productivity gains
  • Architect and implement enterprise integrations, APIs, event-driven solutions, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms that support critical business processes
  • Lead cloud modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy systems to Azure PaaS and AI-enabled cloud-native architectures
  • Support projects through the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze complex technical and business challenges, providing recommendations that balance functionality, security, performance, cost, and long-term maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, optimize platform performance, and identify opportunities for automation and innovation
  • Evaluate emerging AI, cloud, and platform capabilities to recommend new solutions and best practices that improve developer productivity and business outcomes
