As a Warehouse Automation Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible to ...

  • Lead warehouse and distribution center automation project team members across activities from roadmap through deployment
  • Assist in defining automation strategies, target operating models, and phased investment roadmaps aligned to business goals and fulfillment transformation priorities
  • Oversee solution design for warehouse automation technologies, including goods-to-person, sortation, automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous mobile robots, controls, and system interfaces
  • Drive requirements and integration across warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, warehouse execution systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, transport management systems, and data platforms
  • Assist with vendor selection, operational readiness, performance management, and executive stakeholder communication while supporting team development and practice growth

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, automation engineering, operations transformation, or consulting
  • 4+ years of experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Experience delivering at least 1 end-to-end warehouse automation deployment from design through go-live
  • Experience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, or warehouse execution system implementations and integrations
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • Experience with warehouse management system, warehouse control system, and warehouse execution system implementation and integration patterns
  • Experience with robotics or automation technologies, including autonomous mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems, sortation, conveyor, vision, or pick and pack automation
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Prosci, or similar certification
