Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) in Sacramento, CA (fully remote—must work PST business hours). The Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk.

Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) Compensation:

  • Pay (based on experience)
  • Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (eligibility dates)

Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) Highlights:

  • Contract assignment with potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs
  • Fully remote, but must support Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
  • Preference for candidates located in the PST time zone (not required)
  • Work closely with a global team (APAC)
  • Lead enterprise automation governance supporting an SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation

Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) Responsibilities

  • Ensure automation continuity throughout the SAP S/4 transition with minimal business interruption
  • Assess the Finance automation portfolio and disposition each automation (retain / redesign / retire / replace)
  • Drive remediation and re-delivery planning aligned to S/4 design, cutover, and hypercare timelines
  • Establish reference architecture, standards, and design guardrails for S/4-compatible automations
  • Define/enforce release governance and change-control standards across environments
  • Partner with SAP project teams, SAP IT teams, and internal Finance Automation teams
  • Maintain portfolio visibility (tracker/dashboard) for readiness, progress, and risk

Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Intelligent Automation/RPA delivery, governance, or automation lifecycle management
  • 5+ years hands-on UiPath (architecture/governance)
  • Strong experience with SAP + UiPath
  • SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience required (automation impact/remediation)
  • Finance experience (or finance-related experience) required; must understand core finance concepts (ex: Accounts Receivable)
  • Must be able to work PST hours
  • Attendance mandatory for the first 90 days

Intelligent Automation Governance Lead (SAP S/4) Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience
  • Experience managing large automation portfolios and migration/remediation efforts
  • Background as an Automation Architect / RPA Architect / UiPath Solution Architect (or similar)
