Marketing Manager, Law Enforcement
Location:
Boston or Scottsdale
Reports to: VP, Head of USPS Marketing
Your Impact
As a Marketing Manager supporting state and local law enforcement, you'll be responsible for supporting sales team requests, partnering with the events team on key events, and planning and executing targeted campaigns that reach police departments across the U.S. You'll own messaging, content development, demand generation, and field marketing to strengthen Axon's presence in our core market.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Events to activate campaigns that increase awareness, build pipeline, and drive engagement across the buyer journey.
What You'll Do
* Execute marketing campaigns for state and local law enforcement
* Write briefs, coordinate assets, and manage campaign timelines
* Support field programs, digital campaigns, and cross-channel execution
* Work directly with customers to highlight and promote their stories on how they are advancing public safety
* Own calendar planning and campaign alignment
* Track campaign performance and support regular reporting
What You Bring
* 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, campaign execution, or vertical marketing
* Strong written communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement
* Familiarity with U.S. law enforcement or government audiences a plus
* Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stay focused on detail and outcomes

You'll use AI to generate draft messaging, repurpose content, summarize campaign reports, and support workflow automation. You'll be expected to identify ways AI can increase your speed and help deliver more effective campaigns to your segment.

* Fully own campaign execution for key Law Enforcement programs
* Help build playbooks for future public safety GTM work
