For law interns, these internships offer valuable experience in corporate law, compliance, and professional development within large professional services firms.

What types of projects and responsibilities can a Law Intern typically expect during their internship?

As a Law Intern, you can expect to work on a variety of tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting memos or briefs, assisting with case preparation, and reviewing documents for accuracy and relevance. To thrive as a Law Intern, you need a solid grounding in legal research, writing, and analysis, typically gained through law school coursework or a related degree program. Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are commonly required. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage time and deadlines set exceptional candidates apart. These skills and qualities are crucial for accurately supporting attorneys, producing high-quality work, and gaining valuable experience in the legal field.

Do law interns make money?
